DIANNE’S COFFEE CAKE Preheat oven to 325 degrees In large bowl, mix: ½ pound Butter (no substitutes) 2 C Sugar 2 Eggs 1 c Sour cream 1 tsp vanilla 2 c flour 1 tsp Baking powder ½ tsp Salt In small bowl, mix: ¼ C Sugar 1-1/2 C Chopped nuts 2 tsp Brown sugar 2 tsp Cinnamon Spray bunt pan with Bakers Joy Put 1/3 of batter in bunt pan, top with 1/3 of the mixture in small bowl. Repeat with the remaining batter and topping. With a large spatula chop down through the batter several times around the bunt pan. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Enjoy! Contributed by: Dianne C. Jones
