Hot Artichoke Dip 1-4 oz jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained 1 cup mayonnaise (low fat works best) 4 oz. Shredded mozzarella cheese Mix together and spread in a pie pan. Top with ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese. Bake at 325o F for 20-25 minutes. Serve warm with Triscuit crackers. Contributed by: Shelley Bengtson
